It all started in 2021 during COVID. Bored with coffee, tea and herbal teas, I looked in my cupboard and thought โ what do I actually love in a beverage? Spices & cacao. But it needed a foundation.
“I remembered trying chicory on its own and found it bitter and bland. That’s when I started playing around with it, making it daily, writing measurements down โ and finally creating something truly special.”
With the help of her mathematically-minded son, Elizabeth perfected the recipe. What started as a kitchen experiment became a beloved product sold at markets across Australia.
